Lambert is a seasoned Senior Army Intelligence Officer with over 21 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Army, specializing in intelligence operations, Human Intelligence, leadership, program management, and operational planning. His extensive career is marked by a commitment to excellence in high-stakes environments, where he has successfully built and led high performing teams in complex and demanding contexts. Sean has spent over 12 years overseas, managing high stakes intelligence operations in Europe, South America, and the Middle East. His expertise in risk mitigation and resource management has enabled him to develop and implement effective programs that maximize potential and drive results. Sean is dedicated to advancing national security and enhancing operational effectiveness through innovation and collaboration.
Todd J. Hanlon

Todd J. Hanlon built a reputation as a transformational leader by focusing on changing organizational culture to deliver results. He is a retired Senior Army Officer with over 30 years of service in the military, intelligence community, and private sector. He is passionate about executing, managing, or supporting intelligence operations and sensitive activities where the stakes are high, and the rewards even higher. Todd spent 10 years overseas in Asia, Europe, and South America where he saw firsthand the impactful outcomes of his, and his Teams’ operations.
